Can You Steal Fallout 1? [Solved]
If item is in the inventory when you hit steal, it can be stolen. Game rolls against targets own steal skill and perception. If approaching target from from decreases chance by 25% (unless you have pick pocket perk). Size of item is taken into effect and the bigger the item the higher the chance of failure.30 Mar 2019
